Although defendant waived his right to appeal, his claims are reviewable to the extent they affect the voluntariness of his plea (see People v Seaberg, 74 N.Y.2d 1, 10 [1989]). However, we find these claims to be unavailing.

Contrary to defendant's contention that the court improperly denied his motion for reassignment of counsel, this motion was never denied by the court, but rather, defendant chose to withdraw his motion...
