("Maxi-Aids"), Elliot Zaretsky, Harold Zaretsky, and Pamela Zaretsky-Stein (collectively, the "defendants"): (1) a motion to dismiss the complaint pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (Fed. R.Civ.P.); and (2) a motion for joinder under Fed.R.Civ.P. 19.
