This appeal requires us to determine whether a complaining witness' recorded statement against the defendant may be admitted into evidence where the defendant is responsible for the fact that the witness is unavailable to testify. We also must determine whether evidence that the defendant allegedly murdered the complaining witness to ensure that she could not testify was admitted properly...
