THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendant Wyatt VI, Inc.'s (hereinafter Wyatt's) Motion to Compel Arbitration. Defendant HOVENSA, LLC. (hereinafter Hovensa) joins in such motion. An evidentiary hearing was held on January, 14, 2003.
