Hodge has petitioned for review of an opinion of the Workers' Compensation Board entered on January 8, 2003, which reversed the Administrative Law Judge's determination that Hodge had joined her March 8, 2000, injury claim "by implication" as a part of her December 9, 1998, injury claim.
