OPINION OF THE COURT

RENDELL, Circuit Judge.

Alex Mussayek1 appeals from the final judgment of conviction and sentence entered against him by the District Court on March 27, 2002, after he was found guilty by a jury of one count each of conspiracy to commit extortion and interstate travel in aid of racketeering. We will affirm.
