Appellee Stars & Stripes Sweepstakes, L.L.C., brought suit in the 320th District Court of Potter County against the Potter County Attorney's Office, Sonya Letson, Potter County District [sic] Attorney, the Amarillo Police Department, and Jerry Neal, Amarillo Chief of Police, seeking release of 124 electronic amusement...
