Plaintiffs in this matter, Sakinah Ismail, Abdullah Mohammad Sahyouni, Abeer Abdulla Sahyouni, Mona Abdullah Sahyouni, Nora Abdullah Sahyouni, Abmed Abdullah Sahyouni and Mohammad Sahyouni (collectively "Plaintiffs"), consist of seven individuals who assert in their complaint that they are residents of Syria, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
