The State filed a complaint against Anthony M. Cotton alleging one count of intimidation of a witness pursuant to WIS. STAT. § 940.43(3) (2001-02).1 Following a preliminary hearing, Cotton was bound over for trial. However, the State did not repeat this charge in the information.
