Frank LoCascio has moved this Court, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, for an order that would vacate a judgment of conviction entered on June 23, 1992. This is his fifth endeavor to obtain relief since then, preceded by four motions pursuant to Rule 33, Fed.R.Crim.P. in which he sought a new trial.
