Per Curiam.

The respondent was served with a petition dated August 2, 2001, containing five charges of professional misconduct based upon a complaint filed in 1994. That complaint had been answered by the respondent by letter dated December 19, 1994. In his answer, the respondent reiterated the position taken in that letter.
