{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Bradley Holzwart ("appellant"), appeals a Tiffin Municipal Court decision finding him guilty of disorderly conduct, in violation of R.C. 2917.11(A)(1), for actions involving his stepdaughter. On appeal, appellant contends that the trial court's finding was against the manifest weight of the evidence and that the court failed to consider the affirmative defense of parental discipline.
