This matter is back before us after a previous remand. We found appellant Michael Deon Jackson was denied appropriate discovery hearings concerning police files of uncharged similar incidents. Directions were given to the trial court to conduct specified hearings and then rule upon the discovery requests. The trial court proceeded to find no material exculpatory evidence...
