The defendant, Timothy Morris, appeals from the judgment of the trial court modifying his child support obligation from $433 per month to $1250 per week. The dispositive issue in this appeal is whether the trial court improperly relied on the parties' gross income, rather than net income, in modifying the defendant's child support obligation.
