MORRISON, J.

Pursuant to a negotiated plea agreement, defendant pled nolo contendere to one count of corporal injury on a cohabitant (Pen.Code, § 273.5, subd. (a)). Defendant was granted probation on the condition he serve one year in county jail and waive all conduct credits. Defendant subsequently admitted a violation of probation and was sentenced to state prison.
