Leon Robinson appeals the Alaska Workers' Compensation Board's denial of benefits related to back injuries that he allegedly suffered in 1992 and 1996 while working as a bus driver for the Municipality of Anchorage and the Board's refusal to rule upon the issue of whether Robinson's daily work aggravated his condition.
