The Prestons raise the following points on appeal: (1) their complaint filed by non-licensed attorneys should not nullify their cause of action because their complaint was filed within the time limits of the statute of limitations; and (2) the trial court erred in granting the appellee doctors' motions to deem their requests for admission...
