Kevin Flynn and Randy Wolfson brought this action against the city of Boston (city) and Evelyn Riesenberg for wrongful termination, in violation of an alleged public policy established by G. L. c. 55, § 16. A judge in the Superior Court granted summary judgment for the defendants, and the plaintiffs appeal. We affirm.
