The plaintiff, Peter Bradford Detels, appeals from the postjudgment order of the trial court granting the defendant's motion for contempt. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly construed the parties' separation agreement to require that he file for bankruptcy protection to discharge the property distribution.
