David W. Trammell appeals his convictions for three counts of aggravated assault and one count each of aggravated robbery and theft. Trammell claims that the trial court improperly instructed the jury regarding eyewitness identifications and erroneously admitted the eyewitness identifications and a gun into evidence. Trammell also argues that the trial court should have granted his motion for a new trial...
