Appellant sued the three appellees in a negligence action. He appeals from the Faulkner County Circuit Court's order dismissing appellees Donald Beene and the Arkansas Municipal League's Municipal Vehicle Program ("MVP") and the reduction of a judgment against the remaining appellee, the city of Conway, from $92,500 to $25,000.
