Donald Dube and Rubin Sepulveda, the defendants in these cases, were convicted and imprisoned for the sexual offenses described below. As the time for their discharge neared, the Bristol County district attorney filed petitions to commit them to the Nemansket Correctional Center (Center) as sexually dangerous persons. See G.
