¶ 1 The issue raised by special action petition is whether the due process clauses of the United States and Arizona Constitutions as well as Arizona Rule of Criminal Procedure ("Rule") 15.1 require that the State provide to a defendant or his counsel a copy of materials alleged by the State to be child pornography.
