This case is an excellent example of the cumulative error rule.

Defendant Frank A. Meinert made a big mistake by going with his stepbrother, Tyran Tankard, to play pool on one particular evening. Defendant and three other individuals spent the evening playing pool and hanging around with friends. They ultimately went to Shawn Casey's girlfriend's house in Andover. When they left there, Lonnie Pearson advised them that they were going to the house...
