(Fiske), in Superior Court on August 11, 2000, some eleven months after Fiske, her landlord, had broken off negotiations on a new lease for the premises Qureshi had occupied since 1986 at 20 North Main Street, Sherborn. The premises contained 937 square feet, and Qureshi conducted her practice of dentistry...
