The issue in these consolidated criminal cases is whether a search warrant that purported to authorize a search of defendants' residence contained sufficient particularity to satisfy Article I, section 9, of the Oregon Constitution. The trial court held that the warrant met constitutional requirements, denied defendants' motions to suppress evidence found as a result of execution of the warrant, and found defendants guilty of multiple drug-related crimes...
