The instant action is brought before the Court pursuant to the Motion of the Debtor-in-Possession to Void an Arbitration Award as a Violation of the Automatic Stay of 11 U.S.C. § 362(a). The United Auto Workers (hereinafter referred to as the "UAW") has filed an objection thereto, arguing that § 1113(f) of the Bankruptcy Code operates in this case so as to exclude the arbitration agreement...
