Following a bench trial, Troy Spencer ("Appellant") was found to be a sexually violent predator pursuant to § 632.480, RSMo 2000, and ordered committed to the custody of the Director of the Department of Mental Health for "care and treatment until such time as [Appellant's] mental abnormality has so changed that he is safe to be at large."
