While on parole from a ten (10) year Kentucky prison sentence, Appellee was convicted of a felony offense in the State of Missouri. A Missouri trial court sentenced Appellee to five (5) years for the new conviction, but ordered its sentence to run concurrently with Appellee's previous Kentucky sentence.
