This is a seizure and forfeiture action of a 1976 Harley Davidson Motorcycle. The appellant motorcycle challenges the jurisdiction of the court and raises a second issue of factual sufficiency. Because the trial court failed to comply with article 59.04(l) of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, and jurisdiction is not otherwise established in the pleadings or the evidence, we reverse and remand. ...
