OPINION

GREENWOOD, Judge:

¶ 1 Tom Ramsey (Plaintiff) appeals the trial court's grant of First Security Bank's (First Security) Motion to Dismiss under Utah Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). We affirm.
