James L. Larson appeals from a judgment convicting him of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated contrary to Wis. STAT. § 346.63(1)(a) (2001-02).1 Larson contends that the trial court erred by denying his motion to suppress evidence seized subsequent to a police officer entering his residence without a warrant in violation of his Fourth Amendment rights.
