Sally Shellenberger appeals the district court's grant of a motion for judgment as a matter of law under Fed.R.Civ.P. 50 that Summit Bancorp ("Summit") made during the jury trial of the suit Shellenberger brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA").
