This appeal involves a contract dispute arising from a dredging operation at a dock at the port of Houston. De-Kaizered, Inc. hired Continental Dredging, Inc. to dredge to a uniform depth of thirty-six feet in front of its dock in the Houston ship channel. Continental sued De-Kaizered to compel payment pursuant to the contract. De-Kaizered alleged Continental breached the agreement...
