Robert Black and Robert Marks (Appellants) sued Ameritel Inns, Inc. (Ameritel), alleging they were denied accommodations because they were Gypsies. The Appellants' attorney, licensed in Washington but not Idaho, filed a complaint in Idaho district court and signed the Appellants' names as the agent of unrepresented persons. The district court granted Ameritel's motion to strike the complaint because it was not signed as required by Rule 11(a)(1)...
