Bradley Wallace, whose last known address was Louisa, Kentucky, was admitted to the practice of law in Kentucky in 1996. In December 2001, Wallace was suspended for noncompliance with CLE requirements. He has not completed any CLE hours since that time and accordingly has not been reinstated to practice law.
