This appeal involves a family dispute over the funds in two savings accounts owned by Joseph Bosley, who died on February 3, 2001, at the age of ninety-two. Mr. Bosley, who was widowed, lived alone in his house in Little Rock and was relatively independent, although he relied on others to help him run errands.
