Missouri Bankers Association (MBA) and Century Bank of the Ozarks (Century) appeal the judgment of the circuit court, which dismissed their appeal of a decision of the Credit Union Commission (Commission) to allow Springfield Telephone Employees Credit Union (STECU) to expand its field of membership. The basis of the dismissal was that MBA and Century, as mere economic competitors, lacked standing to contest the Commission's decision...
