I. INTRODUCTION

The law firm of Rabin, Murray & Frank LLP ("Rabin Murray") filed a complaint on behalf of plaintiff Carlton Leonard, among others, before Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossman LLP ("Bernstein Litowitz") was designated Lead Counsel in the above-captioned class action. Rabin Murray now seeks attorneys' fees and expenses in the amount of $267,085.1
