¶ 1. HOOVER, P.J.

Jonathon Torres appeals an order denying his motion for sentence modification, as well as the underlying judgments of conviction. We conclude that Torres has not demonstrated a "new factor" warranting sentence modification and therefore affirm the judgments and order.
