A jury found that E.U.M., a juvenile, engaged in delinquent conduct by committing the offense of manslaughter, and assessed a determinate sentence of five years of confinement. The trial court entered a judgment and order of commitment to the Texas Youth Commission with a possible transfer to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. See Tex.
