KROUPA, Judge:

Respondent determined deficiencies in petitioner's Federal income taxes for the years 1999 and 2000 of $3,576 and $2,524, respectively, and determined penalties under section 6662(a)1 in the amounts of $715 for 1999 and $504 for 2000.
