Upon the trial court's denial of their prehearing motions to suppress, Diana Lancaster and Michael Kehn entered conditional pleas of guilty, pursuant to Rule 24.3 of the Arkansas Rules of Criminal Procedure, to the offenses of manufacture of a controlled substance (marijuana), possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to deliver. They were each sentenced to five years' probation...
