This matter came before the Court for trial on the Complaint filed by Sears, Roebuck and Co. ("SEARS") against the Debtor, James B. Green, Jr. ("DEBTOR"). Brought pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) and (a)(2)(C), the Complaint seeks to have determined nondischargeable the sum of $9,253.62 in charges made by the DEBTOR on his SEARS MasterCard account within sixty days prior to his bankruptcy filing...
