Appellants, the Coalition for Long Point Preservation and Mr. and Mrs. William Sutton (collectively "the Coalition"), appeal from a district-court judgment affirming a final order of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality granting a permit to build and operate a municipal solidwaste landfill to Long Point Partners, L.L.P.
