This appeal arises from the rape and attempted murder of Appellant Natasha Saine by Ceotis Franks, who was employed by Appellee Comcast Cablevision of Arkansas (Comcast) at the time of the attack. Ms. Saine appeals from a summary judgment that was granted to Comcast on her claims of negligent hiring, negligent supervision, and negligent retention.
