Appellant Tracy Glenn Gallups was charged by indictment with the felony offense of driving while intoxicated. Gallups filed a pretrial motion to suppress, which the trial judge heard. At the end of the evidentiary hearing on the motion, the trial court denied the motion. Subsequently, Gallups waived his right to trial by jury, pleaded guilty to the offense, and pleaded true to two enhancement paragraphs. The trial court...
