The appellants/debtors Michael E. Seung and Marveen Seung also known as Maureen Seung (collectively, the "appellants") appeal from an order dated April 16, 2002 by United States Bankruptcy Judge Melanie L. Cyganowski disallowing the appellants' claimed exemption for Marveen Seung's personal injury action under 11 U.S.C. § 522(d)(11)(D).
