In this adversary proceeding the Debtor-Plaintiff seeks relief from certain student loan obligations pursuant to Bankruptcy Code Section 523(a)(8) and applicable non-bankruptcy law. For the reasons stated more fully herein, the Court will enter judgment in the Plaintiff's favor.
