In this lawyer disciplinary proceeding, the Oregon State Bar (Bar) alleged that the accused committed a "misdemeanor involving moral turpitude," subjecting her to discipline under ORS 9.527(2), because she had pleaded guilty to one count of harassment under ORS 166.065(1)(a)(A). A trial panel of the Disciplinary Board agreed with the Bar and imposed a public reprimand. The accused sought review of the trial panel's decision under ORS 9.536(1) and Bar Rule...
